CNC Manufacturing / Production Specialist
D&B Fabrication Plus, Inc. – Riverside

D&B Fabrication Plus is seeking an experienced manufacturing professional with a strong background in CNC machining, production planning, fixture design, and shop-floor operations. This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who understands both machining and fabrication processes and can support production from quoting and planning through setup and manufacturing.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of manufacturing and machining experience
  • Strong understanding of production planning and workflow management
  • Ability to write and edit G-Code
  • Experience with:
    • SolidWorks
    • CamWorks
    • Microsoft Excel
  • Extensive knowledge of machining and fabrication processes
  • Experience operating and setting up:
    • Haas CNC mills and lathes
    • Milltronics CNC mills and lathes
    • Manual mills and lathes
  • Strong ability to read and interpret:
    • CNC machining drawings
    • Fabrication drawings
    • Assembly drawings
  • Ability to design, build, and optimize CNC fixtures and workholding
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Assist with production planning and scheduling
  • Create CNC programs and optimize machining processes
  • Setup and operate CNC equipment
