Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Manufacturing Production Coordinator positions in Cucamonga, CA This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Manufacturing Production Coordinator, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update work orders and production data in the system based on blueprints and job requirements

  • Coordinate tooling needs by ordering tools, withdrawing from stock, and maintaining accurate inventory levels

  • Act as a liaison between departments (Production, Tool Room, Purchasing, Engineering) to ensure tooling requests are processed

  • Review and process tooling requests, requisitions, and green sheets, attaching correct blueprints

  • Prepare and distribute daily “Hot Job” reports to track urgent production needs

  • Track and expedite tooling orders, ensuring deadlines are met and delays are minimized

  • Verify tool accuracy vs. blueprints, identifying issues like wrong tool numbers or mismatches

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or tooling environment preferred

  • Comfortable working with computers, systems, and data entry

  • Ability to read or understand blueprints or technical drawings (basic level is okay)

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments

  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and wear steel-toe shoes (PPE required)
