ABBA Roller is seeking a Manufacturing Technician who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality products. In this role, you'll support the manufacturing of custom urethane wheels by operating production equipment, preparing materials, assembling components, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
You'll work with a variety of molds, hubs, rubber compounds, and manufacturing equipment in a collaborative production environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Manufacture and assemble urethane wheels according to production specifications and quality standards.
  • Follow work instructions, formulations, and manufacturing procedures for casting urethane materials.
  • Set up and operate casting equipment, compression molds, ovens, and other production machinery.
  • Prepare molds and transfer urethane materials into single and multi-cavity molds.
  • Build and assemble wheels using various hub types and elastomer compounds.
  • Perform machine setups and adjustments as needed to support production.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency.
  • Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify product dimensions and specifications.
  • Complete production documentation and communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Assist with raw material staging, inventory management, and material handling.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with production team members to achieve daily production goals.
  • Work overtime as needed to support customer demand.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment or machinery preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
