Production Assistant

What youll do:
  • Operate production and packaging equipment on gummy and capsule lines, following written batch records and instructions.
  • Fill, label, cap, seal, and inspect finished product for accuracy and quality.
  • Weigh, stage, and move raw materials and packaging components; assist with basic changeovers.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas between runs to maintain product safety.
  • Complete production logs, lot records, and basic paperwork accurately and in real time.
  • Report equipment problems, material shortages, or quality concerns to your supervisor.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 12 years experience in food, supplement, or light manufacturing preferred; we provide on-the-job training.
  • Comfortable following written procedures, performing basic math, and keeping accurate records.
