PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

 Assist in providing the production process and schedule

 Overseeing quality control and ensuring products are produced on time

 Assure projects are completed within the deadline.

 Ability to fully utilize to maximum output of human and material resources

 Create, review and/or revise a timescale for production

 Supervise production processes and provide support to human capital

 Responsible for procuring and monitoring the use of equipment.

 Assistant production managers also help in checking product standards and applying quality control programs.

 Liaising among different clients and departments

 Completing appropriate paperwork

 Performing various tasks as assigned by the Production Manager

 Monitor the training needs and certifications like J-STD-001 as need it updated of his staff

 Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

 Understanding of the AS9100, ISO9001, ISO13485 requirements

 Set up and maintain a clean working environment at all times

 Understand basic IPC-610, IPC-620 workmanship standards

 Monitor and coordinate the activities of his staff ensuring the continuous flow of work and compliance to production schedules according to the specifications of safety, quality and productivity.

 Enforce employee’s Hand Book policies throughout work procedures.

 Runs department time performance reports to measure and improve efficiency of employees.

 Runs department NCR report to measure and improve internal acceptability

 Analyze problems, present facts, make recommendations, and implement solutions

 Follows and reviews Rapid production standards and keeps manager abreast of any changes

 Have meetings with his/her staff to review the daily targets of quality, safety and production.

 Maintain good communication with the Production Manager of issues that arise during shift period.

 Understand and follow all safety policies, codes, and procedures
