Your Role
As Production Manager, you'll lead the production team, oversee automotive salvage and recycling activities, ensure safety standards, manage inventory, and support operational goals.
What You'll Do as Production Manager
- Promote safety and environmental compliance
- Lead and train production team members
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness
- Oversee equipment use and recycling activities
- Audit and manage inventory
- Operate and maintain industrial equipment
- Manage vendor relationships
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Follow SOPs and enforce policies
- Work in industrial/outdoor environments
- Grow your skills, assist your team, and perform other assigned tasks.
What You Bring as a Production Manager
- Leadership experience in production environments
- Intermediate auto parts knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude and safety-minded
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, mobile devices)
- Reliable transportation
