Inventory Control Associate II (2nd shift)
Position Summary:
  • Work Schedule: M-F 2pm-10:30pm
  • 100% on-site

Catalent's Kansas City facility is home to our Oral & Specialty Drug Delivery, Biologics Analytical Services and Clinical Supply Services businesses. The site provides a range of integrated services for oral solid dosage forms, from formulation development and analytical testing to clinical and commercial-scale manufacture. The Kansas City facility is a Center-of-Excellence for our Biologics Analytical Services business. Our talented team has over 25 years of experience providing analytical services for stand-alone and integrated biologics projects.
Catalent Pharma Solutions in Kansas City, MO is hiring an Inventory Control Associate II. The Kansas City Inventory Control Associate II supports clinical trial projects, ensuring that all work carried out is in compliance with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position will also support other areas of operation as needed and as requested in order to support the needs of the business
The Role:
  • Perform cycle counts and location checks
  • Completes data entries into the appropriate site inventory system
  • Creates and identifies locations for other departments
  • Provides inventory-related support for other departments
  • Properly and safely uses pallet jack and Powered Industrial Truck equipment
  • Completes material moves in the inventory system
  • Performs inventory transfers using appropriate controlled forms
  • Meets or exceeds customer timelines
  • Follows safety and manual handling guidelines
  • Maintains general housekeeping
  • All other duties as assigned

The Candidate:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse experience with emphasis on inventory management
  • Previous certifications using PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) equipment.
