Job description

Adobe is building Firefly Hub, the central growth and onboarding experience for Firefly. Firefly Hub lives on Adobe.com and Firefly.Adobe.com and serves as the front door for learning, exploration, and activation across Firefly. It brings together quick actions, example tutorials, and trending projects to help users get value from Firefly quickly and repeatedly.
Firefly Hub also exists inside Adobe's flagship products. It is embedded across Firefly experiences such as Graph, Boards, Image Studio, Video Studio, and Mobile Studio, and extends into Adobe's core desktop applications including Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. Hub is a key mechanism for onboarding, discovery, and growth across Adobe's AI powered creative ecosystem.
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead Firefly Hub. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hub and drive how creators discover, learn, and adopt Firefly across surfaces. This role partners closely with the Director of Growth and the Director of AI Content and manages a team of AI image and video content creators responsible for the projects that power Hub.
This role is an opportunity to define a world class onboarding and growth experience for AI powered creativity at Adobe.
What You'll Do
  • Define and own the product vision for Firefly Hub as the primary onboarding, discovery, and growth surface for Firefly.

  • Lead the Hub product roadmap by identifying high impact growth opportunities, prioritizing features, defining success metrics, and supporting end to end delivery.

  • Build onboarding experiences that help users quickly understand, try, and succeed with Firefly products and workflows.

  • Ensure Firefly Hub operates seamlessly across web, mobile, and in product experiences inside Firefly apps and Adobe desktop applications.

  • Partner closely with the Director of Growth to align Hub experiences with activation, retention, and engagement strategies.

  • Partner closely with the Director of AI Content to plan, surface, and evolve example projects, tutorials, and quick actions.

  • Manage and lead a team of AI image and video content creators, setting direction, priorities, and quality standards for Hub content.

  • Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, approachable entry points that help users take their first and next steps.

  • Drive rapid iteration through experimentation, A B testing, and data informed decision making.

  • Share product direction and results with cross functional partners and senior leaders to align on growth priorities.

What's Needed for Success
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of growth, onboarding, or discovery experiences.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading senior+ PM's

  • Deep experience in building world class onboarding experiences

  • Proven experience building products focused on activation, learning, and user adoption at scale.

  • Strong intuition for how creators learn new tools and develop confidence through guided experiences.

  • Experience leading product in a matrixed organization and influencing across engineering, design, growth, content, and go to market teams.

  • Experience managing and developing creative or content focused teams is a strong plus.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and using metrics to drive product decisions.

  • A builder's mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and learning through shipping.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to align cross functional partners around clear growth goals.

  • Experience with AI powered creative tools or creative workflows is a strong plus.

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $172,400 -- $334,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $231,000 - $334,500
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
