Janitorial Floater / Warehouse Worker

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

Position Summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a dependable and motivated Janitorial Floater/Warehouse Worker to join our Baton Rouge team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and takes pride in maintaining clean, organized, and professional environments.

Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • 6 hours per day
  • 18 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain an assigned off-site office location three days per week.
  • Maintain the ServiceMaster Clean Baton Rouge office, including:
    • General office cleaning and sanitation
    • Laundering and organizing cleaning towels, mops, and other reusable supplies
    • Restocking janitorial products and supplies
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including:
    • Organizing inventory and equipment
    • Loading and unloading supplies as needed
    • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous janitorial or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
