Position Summary: As a Filler Operator, you will be responsible for the integrity of the finished product by ensuring shipments are packaged appropriately and their contents secured prior to leaving our factory.

Primary Position Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety, food safety, & GMP rules and regulations.
  • Oversee and maintain the food safety and quality of the process and finished product.
  • Keep work area clean and organized by practicing good housekeeping in the immediate work area.
  • Operate unscramblers, fillers, cappers/heat sealers and bottle coders on appropriate lines.
  • Maintain filler efficiencies on appropriate lines.
  • Relieve other positions on the production line during “break time” schedule.
  • Maintain raw material levels for all line equipment.
  • Set up, verify and maintain line coding systems throughout shift. Date code shall be accurate & legible.
  • Verify packaging materials are correct, the correct number of pouches are packaged in the case and pallet patterns are followed.
  • Complete all required line documentation and reports accurately, legibly and thoroughly using Redzone and/or paperwork.
  • Meet and maintain acceptable line efficiency and production standards.
  • Identify issues that he/she is not able to rectify and communicate promptly to the Production Supervisor for assistance.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications: HS Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures and customer specifications. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers, ability to calculate figures and amounts using calculator, data entry experience helpful.
