  • cleaning the environment of the filling room
  • maintaining sanitary equipment and environment for the packaging of fluid products
  • operating fluid filling equipment at a proficient level, while filling products into gallon, half-gallon and single serve containers including milk, eggnog, fruit drinks, juices, teas and water
  • operating the CIP and COP systems
  • operating the floor cleaner and scrubbing equipment
  • disassembling and reassembling fluid fillers and associated equipment for cleaning
  • responsible for manual and hand cleaning of casers, labelers, conveyors, fillers, filler parts stackers, walls, drains, empty case conveyors, control panels, and any equipment involved in packaging
  • operating and maintaining equipment of the fluid packaging area, including labelers, conveyors, fillers, casers, stackers, etc.
  • maintaining accurate written production records
  • performing laboratory tests and monitor weight control of product, and
  • producing a quality product in a manner that meets Publix and Regulatory standards.
