Job description

The Team Leader is responsible for the guidance, training, and supervision of employees in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. In addition, they are responsible for implementing, following, and adhering to key objectives related to decision making and immediate support of production staff, production control, quality standards, inventory, technical objectives, and maintenance. Must ensure that quality standards and production levels are met by solving basic problems and utilizing containment activities to produce quality parts, reducing scrap, and downtime. Must adhere and enforce all safety standards ensuring the safety of the employees. Other duties as assigned.

Starting pay within the range is dependent on various factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, ability, training, and education.
