Performance Objectives
  • Develop and implement rigorous testing procedures to ensure all products meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Lead a dynamic team in conducting audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues swiftly, minimizing any operational disruptions.
  • Produce detailed quality reports and analyses to inform strategic decision-making and facilitate transparency with stakeholders.
  • Oversee compliance with federal and state safety regulations, ensuring all certification requirements are consistently achieved.
