Manufacturing Production Associates

Automation Personnel Services is now hiring Manufacturing Production Associates in Pasadena to join a high-energy steel drum manufacturing team offering long-term opportunity and career growth.
Pay Rate
Starting pay $14.50 - $15.50 per hour (based on position and shift)
Schedule and Hours
Variety of shifts available (must be able to work overtime)
• Day Shift
• Overnight Shift

Manufacturing Production Associates Duties and Responsibilities
• Assemble steel drums from start to finish, including installing lids, applying labels, and attaching other components.
• Operate basic production or assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure steel drums meet company standards and specifications.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
• Perform heavy lifting and handle materials as required during the production process
Manufacturing Production Associates Requirements and Qualifications
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (assessment completed in office)
