Production Worker / Assembly Technician (Entry-Level)
Location: Redmond, WA
Pay: $25.13/hr + Overtime Opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with overtime available on Fridays

We are seeking motivated Production Workers and Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Redmond. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and industrial equipment components according to work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Rotate between assembly, production, and material handling assignments
- Assist with inventory movement, material staging, and warehouse support tasks
- Record production information and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
QualificationsRequired- Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to learn new processes and manufacturing techniques
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in working with equipment or machinery
- Experience reading measurements or using basic inspection tools

Work Environment
This position is performed in an active manufacturing facility featuring assembly lines, production workstations, and warehouse operations. Employees should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear, is required.
