Production Associate

SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for a food manufacturing company in Anacortes, WA. This is an entry level position; however, previous food production experience is a plus. These positions are not bus accessible

LOCATION: Anacortes, WA

Pay: $17.13 - $18

SCHEDULE: ** Flexibility on days of week worked availablle, weekend work available**

Day Shift: Monday – Friday 5:15am – 1:45pm or 6am – 2:30pm – Candidates must be willing to work either day shift schedule

Swing Shift: Monday – Friday 4pm – 12:30am

Key Responsibilities:

·Cleans, trims, and prepares product for processing.

·Opens and arranges raw materials on conveyors or worktables.

·Sorts items based on size, quality, or appearance and place them in appropriate containers or designated areas.

·Removes defective or foreign materials to ensure product quality.

·Packages finished product into boxes, totes, or other containers for storage or shipment.

·Operates equipment or conveyors to transport materials or finished goods.

·Maintains a clean and safe work environment throughout the shift.
