Job description

Henrybuilt Production Operator

Henrybuilt is seeking full-time general production team members for our Seattle design and manufacturing operation. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company producing an innovative product and creating a respected international brand.

Job responsibilities and expectations

  • Ability to work on a team of project managers, builders and specialists producing a wide range of furniture and cabinetry systems.
  • Support achieving production goals through reliable execution of tasks such as sanding and product assembly

Primary requirements

  • Experience with basic hand and power tools is critical.
  • Basic experience milling and/or sanding wood is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task required.
  • Exceptional drive and the ability to execute thoroughly and be accountable for results.
  • Strong team player, willing and able to perform in a variety of roles within a well-structured production process.
  • Strong desire for long term career success with Henrybuilt
