Production Artist - Production Artist
Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)
Compensation: $27 - $37 Hourly
Role Overview
As a Production Artist, you will work with a team of marketing, product, and other internal stakeholders to produce content, creative, and graphic assets for onsite and offsite channels and campaigns. Projects will range from digital screens and web assets to materials and collateral for events, swag, and social media posts. You will create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience information, and creative assets into intuitive solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets, and design patterns.
  • Produce graphics, templates, layouts, vendor proofs, and visual standards for customer-facing assets.
  • Identify opportunities to implement automation or AI solutions to enhance production outputs.
  • Contribute to detailed cross-platform rich media specifications and design patterns.
  • Present work to the marketing team and key stakeholders for review and feedback.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand graphic solutions.
  • Provide and manage design documentation and specifications.
  • Proactively manage time and deadlines.
  • Report daily and weekly metrics on completed projects as needed.
  • Work closely with marketing leaders to ensure high standards of graphic design, brand consistency, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of design and production experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in composition is required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design or commensurate design experience.
Technical Skills: Mastery of the principals of design, color theory, typography, and graphics file creation optimized for digital media. Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and digital platform design experience is also required.
Professional Skills: Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with highly technical teams, handle multiple projects, and self-prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Photography and photo editing skills.
  • Vector-based illustration skills.
  • Motion graphics and video editing skills, with knowledge of Adobe After Effects and other video editing software.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge of web architecture, usability, UX, and UI Design.
  • 2+ years of experience producing design in an agency environment.
