Job description

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our food manufacturing team. This hands-on Production role supports daily Production operations, including working on Production lines to inspect, pack, and monitor noodle and cup line products. Ideal candidates are flexible with scheduling, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced Production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Pay Rate: $14.50-$19.00/hour
(Overtime pay in accordance with company policy and Production needs)
Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Monday-Saturday)
  • Full-time Production schedules
  • Employees may be required to work 5-12 hours of overtime per week based on Production demand

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work efficiently on a fast-paced Production line
  • Inspect, sort, and hand-pack noodle and cup line products
  • Measure and weigh ingredients to support accurate Production output
  • Follow recipes and Production schedules to maintain consistency
  • Operate and monitor Production machinery and equipment
  • Conduct routine Production quality checks for texture, flavor, and appearance
  • Clean and sanitize Production equipment and work areas
  • Follow all Production safety rules, GMPs, and food safety standards
  • Wear required PPE in designated Production areas
  • Report Production issues or equipment concerns promptly

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and Production accuracy
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during Production shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (non-heavy roles) or up to 75 lbs (heavy roles)
  • Comfortable performing repetitive Production tasks
  • Basic English preferred
  • Reliable attendance is important to support Production operations
