First Shift Production


Job Title: Production Associate (Decorator)

Reports to: Production Manager or Production Floor Supervisor

Primary Work Location: Rocky Mt . Virginia

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM-5:30PM

Pay: $16.25


JOB SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for decorating ready-to-sell cakes, with a strong emphasis on icing, smoothing, piping, and decorative detailing to meet company quality and presentation standards.

Key duties can also include assembling, prepping, sorting, slicing, and packaging finished bakery products. Employees will operate bakery equipment such as mixing, slicing, and packaging machines; palletize products; and inspect and label items to ensure accuracy, quality, and visual appeal. Maintaining consistent decoration standards and an eye for detail is essential.

This role requires a strong commitment to food safety and quality. Employees must follow all company safety, GMP, and behavioral policies, and promptly recognize and report any quality or safety concerns to appropriate personnel.

The ideal candidate works effi ciently in a fast-paced production environment, communicates eff ectively with coworkers, and safely uses knives and decorating tools when required. All essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Physical Requirements: Employees must be able to stand for extended periods, frequently use hands and arms with some reaching, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
