Primero Staffing is seeking dependable Production Associates for one of our manufacturing partners in the Richmond area. This is a great opportunity for a hard-working individual looking to join a fast-paced production environment and build a manufacturing career.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned production equipment safely
  • Meet daily production goals for output, speed, and quality
  • Inspect materials and finished products for defects
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
  • Accurately record production data and complete required paperwork
  • Report equipment issues or production concerns to the shift lead or supervisor
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production schedules
