Are you looking for a full-time job with great benefits? If so, Qualified Staffing is currently hiring for warehouse associates in Chester, VA.
Location: Chester, VA 23836
Compensation: $15.00/hr.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Production Department
Shift: Rotating shifts (every two weeks): 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am, with possible weekends (based on production).
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility is to take printed paperboard sheets off the assembly line and stack them on pallets as they come off of the printing machine.
Essential Duties:
  • Stack paperboard onto pallets as it comes off the printing machine
  • Communicate with production teams to coordinate material picking, to ensure smooth and accurate flow of materials and parts from the warehouse to the production line
  • Assist other employees with duties related to changing the printing machine over from job to job.
  • Follow all safety rules and practices
Education and skills required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Standing, lifting, pushing and pulling in the same general area for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends (based on production)
  • Must have steel toe safety shoes with ESD rating
