The Opportunity


We’re looking for a full-time Production Associate – Printing & Packaging to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll help manufacture high-quality labels and packaging for leading brands in wine & spirits, health & beauty, and food & beverage.


You’ll work in a bright, clean facility with state-of-the-art printing and converting equipment and support our production operators by preparing materials, assisting with machine setups, and ensuring products meet our quality standards.


This is an entry-level role with paid training and clear opportunities to grow into machine operator positions as you develop your mechanical and production skills.


This is more than a production associate role—you’ll be a key contributor to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

What You’ll Do

  • Assist machine operators with printing and converting equipment used to manufacture labels and shrink-sleeve packaging
  • Prepare and stage materials, tooling, and components needed for production runs
  • Support machine make-readies and changeovers between jobs
  • Inspect printed materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
  • Accurately record production information and assist with shop-floor data entry
  • Communicate with operators and supervisors regarding production needs or issues
  • Support team objectives by assisting wherever needed on the production floor
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in other production areas as needed to support overall plant goals

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Interest in learning how industrial printing and converting equipment operates
