Job description

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Part Time Production Associate is responsible for the set up and sorting of various customer parts for preparation for treatment and shipment; blasting of parts, and repacking. Some heavy lifting may be required, up to 30 lbs. and motion is repetitive.
Hours available for this position are any hours, any days, Thursday through Sunday. A minimum of 15 hours per week is required. In addition, full benefits are offered at 25 or more hours per week. We operate 24/7 and can offer a great deal of flexibility.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
  • Basic math comprehension skills.
  • Excellent attendance history.
  • A high school education or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting, repetitive motion bending and stretching, and standing for the duration of the shift.

Dowa offers a competitive starting rate from $18.75/hr and up (depending upon experience), with a $1.25 pay differential for all hours between 5 pm and 5 am. A benefits package with a zero deductible health care plan, dental, vision, short and long term disability, 401(k), is available at 25 hours per week. All hires must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, including criminal and a 9 panel drug screen. Applications and/or resumes must include current employment.
