- Perform buffing, polishing, grinding, and sandblasting on large parts
- Assist with basic welding and finishing operations
- Operate pneumatic tools, hand tools, and production equipment
- Transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, pump carts, and overhead cranes (training provided)
- Paint and prepare dies for production
- Clean, maintain, and organize work areas
- Remove rust, grease, and debris from machined surfaces and production equipment
- Support setup tear-down and production changeovers
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain production flow and meet daily output goals
- Follow all safety and quality standards
