Job Responsibilities
  • Perform buffing, polishing, grinding, and sandblasting on large parts
  • Assist with basic welding and finishing operations
  • Operate pneumatic tools, hand tools, and production equipment
  • Transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, pump carts, and overhead cranes (training provided)
  • Paint and prepare dies for production
  • Clean, maintain, and organize work areas
  • Remove rust, grease, and debris from machined surfaces and production equipment
  • Support setup tear-down and production changeovers
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks
  • Maintain production flow and meet daily output goals
  • Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
  • Grinding, polishing, fabrication, or welding experience is a plus
