Adecco is working with a global leader in providing essential power solutions to the Industrial Technology, Healthcare and Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment sectors in Gloucester, MA who is hiring immediately for Production Assemblers on 1st shift! 
***This position 100% requires previous Soldering and Electromechanical Assembly experience in a manufacturing setting***
Pay Rate:

  • 1st Shift: $23 per hour based on prior experience
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
Job Details:
As a Production Assembler, you will Perform production assembly work of light electro-mechanical assembly operations of moderately high complexity with close attention to detail following manufacturing assembly procedures. Read and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, sketches, written and verbal instructions.
Responsibilities:
  • Electro-Mechanical assembly of RF Generators for use in industrial settings
  • Final configuration of externally produced components to meet customer specification
  • Manufacture of PCBAs, cable assembles, cables harness, and power supplies
  • Undertaking fault diagnosis with a view to ‘cure once’ – promote continuous improvement by sharing observations and knowledge with others, including manufacturing engineering, quality, and the design team
  • Align with Health and Safety and 6S
  • Lean principles within the manufacturing department
  • Undertake cross-training as well as providing training to others in the department
  • Work with limited supervision and follows written and verbal instructions
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Knowledge of basic assembly and electro-mechanical assembly functions.
  • Ability to read and understand (in English), blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings and written procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to operate machinery such as soldering iron, power screwdrivers, and various hand tools, etc.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
