Job description

Core Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in a perishable goods industry
  • Previous dairy experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in a management or supervision capacity preferred


Work schedule is subject to change based on the company's need:

Days scheduled to work - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Hours - 1:00PM to 10:00PM

Wednesday and Sunday off.

(supervisors and managers work 8-10 hours shifts typically)

The Production Supervisor shall be responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed on his or her shift including, but not limited to, the following:

Coordinating the processes and people involved in the production, storage, refrigeration and load out of products manufactured on their shift.

Assisting in the training, scheduling, inventorying and staffing of the shift.

Must be familiar with and responsible for the Good Manufacturing Practices, company rules, policies and procedures, Quality Control standards, OSHA regulations and EPA guidelines enforced at his/her location.

This is a fluid milk and cultured products dairy manufacturing operation in which the applicant will be responsible for the start-up, finish-up and clean-up thereof.

Must be able to work independently and with others. Must have good telephone skills and be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
