Job Title:Product Testing Senior Analyst - HOKA Footwear, Fit Specialist
Reports to:Sr. Manager, Product Testing - HOKA Footwear


Location: Portland, OR - Hybrid

Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday - Thursday

The Role

As the Product Testing Senior Analyst - HOKA Footwear (Fit Specialist), you will manage all aspects of the fit testing process, from creating seasonal test plans to executing tests and communicating results. You'll run your own testing, participate in recruiting projects, and ensure all test samples are checked in and archived properly. You'll be an expert in fit across all performance and lifestyle categories, working closely with Product Development and Product Engineering teams to support the HOKA product testing strategy and provide concise, meaningful test information and reports that contribute to the continuous improvement of HOKA footwear fit. Passion for fit, foot morphology, last creation, and foot measuring devices is essential.

Your Impact

  • Manage the fit testing process from planning to execution and communication with the Product Creation team
  • Develop and optimize tools for survey distribution, data analysis, and report creation
  • Lead in-person testing such as fit testing, dynamic testing, and biomechanical testing
  • Create test protocols, surveys, and focus groups, matching protocols to test questions
  • Lead consumer focus groups and interviews in an unbiased way
  • Understand key product creation milestones, timelines, and shoe construction
  • Recruit new testers for the Wear Testing and Fit Testing database
  • Attend events to recruit the right consumers for Lifestyle product
  • Manage samples, including checking in, inspecting, and archiving test shoes
  • Create and update best practice documents and proactively seek new technologies relevant to Product Testing

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Coursework or solid experience in research methodology, test design, and data analysis
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in Footwear Product Testing
  • 3+ years' experience in the sport industry (footwear, apparel, retail, coaching, etc.)
  • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and database/survey software such as MESH01, Qualtrics, or equivalent
  • Able to use fit measurement tools such as a Brannock and a 3D foot scanner
  • Knowledge about last creation and foot morphology
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment under pressure
