Purpose Financial is looking for an analytically minded individual with keen business intuitions to accelerate high-impact product and user journeys through intelligent use of data and user experiences. The Texas Director, Product Growth & Testing is a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for driving product expansion, market penetration, personalization, and testing initiatives across the Texas market. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, Marketing, and operational execution — championing growth through data-driven personalization, experimentation, and disciplined go-to-market strategies.

Job Responsibility

Product Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product growth strategy for the Texas market, aligned with Purpose Financial’s broader product roadmap
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand product adoption across Purpose Financial’s Advance America and Purpose Money brands
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Digital teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform growth priorities
  • Product Testing & Personalization across channels, determining and accelerating how users navigate to increase transactions
  • Design, lead, and manage A/B tests, pilot programs, and product experiments across Texas branch locations and digital channels
  • Build a structured testing framework to evaluate new product features, pricing models, and customer journeys
  • Translate test results into actionable insights and scalable recommendations for the broader organization
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and tangible revenue-based decision-making

Performance & Analytics

  • Define and track KPIs for product growth and testing initiatives in the Texas market
  • Deliver regular reporting and executive-level presentations on performance, learnings, and strategic recommendations
  • Leverage data to identify friction points in the customer journey and drive measurable improvements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with Purpose Financial’s Nine Core Principles
  • Serve as one of the primary Texas market voices in product planning discussions and roadmap prioritization
  • Build strong relationships with branch operations, the Digital & Product teams to ensure seamless product improvement rollouts
  • Represent Purpose Financial externally with partners, vendors, and branch stakeholders as needed in the field
Job Responsibilities Cont.Education Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related fieldrequired. Advanced degree strongly preferred.

Experience Required
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in product management, growth strategy, or related fields
  • 2+ years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of driving product growth and executing testing/experimentation programs at scale
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of the Texas consumer financial services market

Preferred:

  • Experience in consumer lending, fintech, or financial services
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Texas market
  • Experience working in a multi-brand or multi-channel environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA a plus
Knowledge Required
