Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Argo Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of the Argo Teller Platform and related retail banking applications. This role will focus on testing teller transactions, validating branch banking workflows, supporting system integrations, and ensuring applications meet applicable banking, security, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for teller and branch banking applications.
• Validate banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Test integrations with core banking systems, payment platforms, and customer information systems.
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, PCI-DSS, and banking security requirements.
• Support production releases, deployment validation, and post-production testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in manual testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience with retail banking, teller systems, or financial transaction processing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with the Argo Teller Platform.
• Exposure to core banking systems such as Fiserv, Jack Henry, FIS, or Temenos.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Experience working with CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of banking compliance and security testing.
