Job Overview: 
The Micro-Soldering Technician is an essential part of CleanSpark’s bitcoin mining operation. They provide comprehensive bitcoin machine maintenance and diagnosis services to repair bitcoin miners.  
 
This role is primarily located at our Norcross Facility and reports to the Assistant Shop Manager 
 
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications and assess their working order. 
  • Familiarity with soldering and micro-welding equipment. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ensure environmental and safety standards are consistently met, identifying  problems, and making repairs quickly. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of inventory tracking processes is a plus. 
  • Additional duties as required 
Qualifications
  • 3+ years technician experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
  •  Understanding of electronic components, their functions, and their interactions within circuits.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Basic computer skills for documenting work and communicating.
  • Ability to handle small and delicate components without causing damage.
  • Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is a plus. 
  • Bitman repair certification is a plus 
  • Background in trouble shooting electrical functionality is a plus. 
  • Clear and effective communication skills. 
  • Able to lift 50-75 lb
