Overview

As Director, Product Engineering supporting Paragon TMS in Alpharetta, GA, you will lead product engineering for the transportation management software portfolio. You will set technical direction, develop engineering talent, and create an execution culture grounded in sound judgment, customer impact, and continuous improvement. You will partner with product and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable software capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set engineering strategy, architecture direction, delivery standards, and priorities for Paragon TMS
  • Lead, coach, and develop engineering managers and engineers
  • Partner with product and customer-facing teams to understand customer problems
  • Manage engineering capacity, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments
  • Champion reliability, maintainability, technical excellence, and recurring-issue reduction

You use data, customer evidence, and technical judgment to make decisions when requirements or constraints are not fully defined.
