JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, execution, and success of digital products we build at One Call to enable business objectives and elevate our customer experiences through technology. This role is responsible for defining and driving product strategy, collaborating across functions, and delivering solutions that solve real problems for the people that use them. In this role, you will be responsible for looking across multiple lines of business (e.g. physical therapy, diagnostics, home health, etc.) and bring them together under a single roadmap for a slice of the customer journey, such as Patient Intake & Scheduling or Revenue Management, so that we can deliver a cohesive experience and/or operational capability that aligns to our brand promise.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs and quantified impacts.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities across tools, processes, and experiences.
  • Prioritize Features and Roadmap: Create and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Write Clear Requirements: Translate business and user needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Delivery & Communications: Own the delivery of the features / initiative on the roadmap, escalating issues and blockers that arise during development, driving updates and expectations management with stakeholders and participating / leading the ceremonies as part of our product development life cycle.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track impact / ROI by defining KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.
  • Partner on Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with marketing and sales to develop launch plans that resonate with target users and drive adoption.
  • Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and eventual sunset if needed.
  • Champion the User Experience: Advocate for intuitive, delightful, and accessible product experiences by partnering with user experience, conducting user research & surveys and driving rapid prototyping feedback sessions with the people using your products.
  • Adapt and Iterate: Continuously refine products based on feedback, performance data, and market trends to stay competitive.
  • Leadership: You may also lead or partner with an Associate Product Manager if the scope of the role and/or product area warrant it.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or business-related field, or equivalent education, training and relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with modern product management tools and practices.

  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to synthesize customer insights, market data, and business goals into actionable product strategies.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.

 PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • This position will be performed in the colleague’s home. Work-from-home requirements include the colleague’s ability to set up computer equipment within their home office.
