New Grad RN - Oncology Nursing Opportunity Full-Time / Varied Shifts / Excellent Training & Benefits

We're hiring a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join a compassionate, team-oriented inpatient oncology unit where you'll care for patients with cancer diagnoses in a clinically rich and emotionally meaningful setting. If you're ready to grow as a nurse in a specialty that blends technical skills with human connection, this is the place to start.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, interventions, and responses
  • Administer medications, manage IVs, and support patients undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy
  • Educate patients and their families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
  • Participate in unit-based improvement projects, committees, and ongoing education
  • Uphold professional standards aligned with the Nurse Practice Act

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree accepted)
