Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Product Strategy Team Leader in Green Bay to connect customer insights with product strategy and operational execution. The Product Strategy Team Leader will lead a team of frontline support associates and be responsible for engaging with users, capturing feedback and managing the support team and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct conversations with users through interviews, advisory boards, webinars and surveys.
  • Document and analyze user feedback to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage frontline support associates and provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities.
  • Developing product documentation and training materials tailored to user needs.
  • Support product launches and rollouts by leading training sessions and monitoring user adoption.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and support teams to improve customer-facing processes and align priorities.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 35 years of experience in product success, customer support or product management.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading or mentoring team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic project management and facilitation skill
