What You'll Do

As a Technology Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Turning ambiguous, cross-functional priorities into structured plans, clear owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Developing fact-based analyses, business cases, and strategic recommendations using qualitative and quantitative data
  • Synthesizing findings into executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership decision-making
  • Driving quality, consistency, and timely delivery across workstreams
  • Managing day-to-day team interactions, project plans, deliverables, and team coordination across multiple stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in management consulting, business operations, or technology strategy roles, with a track record of measurable business impact.
  • Structured, first-principles thinker who can operate in ambiguity and move between long-term vision and near-term execution without losing rigor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to build alignment across technical and business stakeholders and produce clear, executive-ready materials.
  • Experience supporting or managing delivery of cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bias toward proposing solutions with tradeoffs, not escalating open problems.
