What is a product strategy manager?

A Product Strategy Manager is a professional responsible for developing and executing strategies to guide a product's vision, roadmap, and market positioning. They analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with the company's business goals. Product Strategy Managers work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to launch successful products and drive business growth. Their role is critical in shaping the direction and long-term success of a company's product portfolio.

How does a product strategy manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success?

As a Product Strategy Manager, collaboration with cross-functional teams is a core part of the role.
