As anLE Tech, you will support engineering and production teams by helping identify, analyze, and resolve product non-conformances and technical issues. In this role, you'll contribute to the development of solutions that protect product integrity, safety, and compliance while supporting Boeing's commitment to excellence.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with theanalysis and disposition of non-conforming products

  • Supportingconfiguration controlactivities to ensure product definition remains accurate and up to date

  • Helping identify and documentdeviations that may affect product integrity, safety, design intent, or regulatory requirements

  • Collecting data to supportroot cause analysisand corrective action efforts

  • Providing technical support through research related todesign, manufacturing, regulations, and processes

  • Supporting the definition, initiation, and approval of technical content forproduct definition revisions and improvements

  • Assisting withsupplier auditsand related quality or technical reviews

  • Working under general direction while contributing as a trusted technical team member

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 1+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years of work related experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • 5+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR an equivalent combination of work-related experience and technical education.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment

  • Have good communication and cross-group collaboration skills

  • Hands on problem solving skills
