Description

The Product Manager facilitates the alignment of scrum teams with the product portfolio throughout the software development lifecycle. This role bridges cross-departmental collaboration, external stakeholder engagement, and customer feedback to prioritize features and successfully execute product launches. Success in this position includes delivering customer-centric solutions while ensuring process excellence and seamless communication across teams.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage the product lifecycle to address customer and organizational needs, maintaining process and product excellence.
  • Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to prioritize and create the product roadmap.
  • Communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders effectively and consistently.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Designers to define requirements supporting product vision and feature implementation.
  • Oversee product launches, coordinating with Release Managers to deliver plans, documentation, and internal updates.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to plan and execute product communications.
  • Serve as a product and market subject matter expert, staying informed about industry changes and educating internal teams.
  • Lead product reviews, usability studies, and demonstrations with end users, collecting feedback for improvements.
  • Document and share market research findings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Function as a liaison with internal and external customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication and follow-ups.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • 3-5 years of product management experience (Required)
  • 1+ year of product launch experience (Required)
  • Technical background in software development or web technologies (Preferred)
  • Agile experience working with engineering teams (Preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities within cross-functional teams (Preferred)
  • Detail-oriented and organized with superior communication skills
  • Adaptable and proactive in identifying solutions and improvements
  • Certified Product Manager (Preferred)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid office/remote setting and travel occasionally for business purposes.
