About the Job
This role will define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and market direction for Keeper Connection Manager, Keeper's secure remote access solution for privileged infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings direct experience in privileged access management, secure remote access, infrastructure access or a closely related cybersecurity market and understands how enterprises connect securely to servers, databases, applications and cloud environments.
This is a highly technical product role requiring close partnership with Engineering, Security, Solutions and customers on connection protocols, session workflows, infrastructure integrations and enterprise deployment requirements. The Senior Technical Product Manager will translate complex technical and market needs into secure, scalable and intuitive product capabilities that improve adoption, differentiation and customer value.
Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Keeper Connection Manager
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence and business impact
  • Develop a deep understanding of secure remote access and privileged session workflows across IT, security, infrastructure and DevOps teams
  • Translate technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and execution plans
  • Partner closely with Engineering on connection protocols, session management, authentication flows, integrations, performance and platform architecture
  • Work with customers, Solutions Engineering and Support to understand deployment challenges, validate requirements and improve product adoption
  • Define and improve capabilities related to credential-free access, session brokering, session recording, policy enforcement, auditing and access controls
  • Shape the user and administrator experience across connection setup, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting and monitoring workflows
  • Evaluate competitive products and market developments across privileged remote access, PAM, zero-trust access and infrastructure security
  • Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, usage, reliability, session activity, customer impact and revenue contribution
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Security, Marketing, Sales, Solutions and Documentation to support successful launches and go-to-market execution
  • Use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve product research, technical analysis, requirements development, documentation and day-to-day execution

Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience with technical, infrastructure-focused or cybersecurity products
  • Direct experience working in privileged access management, secure remote access, infrastructure access, zero-trust access or a closely related cybersecurity market
  • Strong understanding of remote access and privileged session concepts, including authentication, authorization, credential handling, session brokering and auditability
  • Familiarity with remote access protocols such as SSH, RDP, VNC and TLS
  • Strong technical fluency with networking, cloud infrastructure, APIs, authentication patterns and enterprise system integrations
  • Ability to read technical documentation, understand implementation details and work effectively with engineers on architecture, requirements and tradeoffs
  • Experience defining and delivering infrastructure-focused, security-sensitive or integration-heavy product capabilities
  • Familiarity with enterprise deployment environments, including cloud, hybrid and on-premises infrastructure
  • Strong customer discovery, market analysis and product prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive, customer and engineering audiences
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments
  • Ability and willingness to use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to support research, technical analysis, documentation, prioritization and workflow efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Due to this role's involvement in GovCloud, qualified candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident

Preferred Qualifications
  • Product management experience with a privileged access management, secure remote access or infrastructure security product
  • Familiarity with products such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Teleport, StrongDM, HashiCorp Boundary or similar platforms
  • Experience with session management, session recording, remote access gateways or credential-free infrastructure access
  • Familiarity with operating systems, networking, multi-threaded applications and secure communications
  • Experience supporting connections to servers, databases, Kubernetes environments, cloud workloads or other enterprise infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience writing code, scripts or technical prototypes in C, C++, Python, Java, JavaScript or similar languages
  • Experience working with cloud-native, hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud environments
  • Familiarity with zero-trust, least-privilege and just-in-time access principles
  • Experience launching and growing technical SaaS, infrastructure or developer platform products
  • Experience using AI-assisted product development or technical research workflows to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation or prototyping
