Job description

Job Title: Product Researcher Location: Mason, OH Work Model: Onsite Hours: M-F normal business hours Compensation: $35.00 - $39.95/hr Type: 6-month Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Responsibilities

  • Execute critical experimental work, including assembling prototypes, running lab tests, and meticulously documenting results to drive product improvements and solve technical challenges.
  • Contribute to the collection and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including consumer tests and technical evaluations, to inform product development decisions.
  • Support the product development team by refining and prioritizing technical tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient innovation pipeline.
  • Become proficient in company’s internal systems (e.g., JMP, EPASS, Nexus/ELN, etc) to manage data, track progress, and contribute to project success.
  • Collaborate within a passionate team, contributing expertise to elevate the performance and consumer appeal of company’s antipers products.
Requirements
  • A strong foundation in scientific principles and a passion for hands-on experimentation.
  • Experience in a lab or research setting, with a focus on execution and procedural work.
  • Ability to meticulously follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate records.
  • Basic understanding of consumer testing methodologies and technical product evaluation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing data management and reporting systems.
  • Ability to execute procedures against established protocols or SOPs.
