Position: Technology & Product Intern
Duration: 9 Weeks (15th June’26 - 14th Aug’26)
Salary: $15.92 hourly (Minimum 20 hours per week)

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Technology & Product Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of technology, product development, and user experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, and marketing to help build, enhance, and optimize innovative digital financial solutions.

This role offers exposure to both technical development and product management, enabling you to contribute to product strategy, user experience improvements, software development, testing, and data-driven decision-making.

Product Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings within the FinTech ecosystem.
  • Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and product performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
  • Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, workflows, and feature specifications.

Technology Development

  • Support the development and enhancement of front-end interfaces or back-end systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable and user-friendly digital solutions.
  • Assist in integrating APIs and ensuring smooth functionality across systems and platforms.

User Experience & Design

  • Work with UX/UI designers to improve product usability, accessibility, and customer experience.
  • Contribute to wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and responsive user interface enhancements.
  • Help optimize workflows and navigation to improve user engagement.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Participate in product and software testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps.
  • Assist in conducting unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance processes to maintain platform reliability.


Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, feature updates, and product enhancements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for product and technology innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree background from a US university.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and/or back-end technologies (Python, Java, etc.).
  • Familiarity with product management concepts, market research, and product development lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and design thinking.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
  • Prior knowledge of SQL is a plus.
