Job description

E-commerce Assistant (Part-Time)

Our E-commerce team manages multiple online sales channels, including Amazon, our company website, and eBay, offering a variety of products such as character plush, stationery, accessories, and lifestyle products.

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time E-commerce Assistant to join our team.

Location

Pico Rivera, CA

  • Near the 5 & 605 Freeways
  • Conveniently located near Downey, Norwalk, and Commerce

Work Schedule

  • 3–4 days per week / 24–32 hours per week
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 30-minute lunch break
  • Consecutive workdays are preferred rather than alternating days.
    • Examples: Monday–Wednesday / Wednesday–Friday / Tuesday–Thursday

Pay

$22–$23 per hour

Pay may be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage product listings across online sales channels
  • Organize, review, and update product information
  • Write and edit product descriptions and ALT text
  • Conduct product research and organize related data
  • Take product photos
  • Assist with other E-commerce-related tasks as needed

The work itself is not highly complex, but many of the tasks require attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Korean language proficiency for product research purposes
  • Comfortable reading and writing in English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
