Product Quality Manager

Location: On-site, U.S. Headquarters

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end product quality across all products
  • Lead product validation, testing, and qualification efforts
  • Partner with global suppliers to improve quality and resolve issues
  • Establish inspection methods, sampling plans, and quality standards
  • Act as the point of contact for customer quality issues and warranty claims
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
  • Manage and develop a Technical Support team member
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Product, and Operations teams

What You Bring
