Position: Product Marketing Support Intern

Location: Sauk Rapids or Eden Prairie, MN

Division/Department: Pinnacle Marketing and Product Management

Exemption Status: Non-exempt

Position Description

The Product Support Intern will support the Product Management and Marketing teams by helping communicate Pinnacle’s product features and benefits to internal teams and customers. This role provides hands-on exposure to product data, marketing content, and competitive research while supporting the company’s efforts to offer the right products at the right price to meet market needs.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and updating product-related content such as catalogs, sell sheets, website content, and other marketing collateral
  • Support the entry, review, and maintenance of product information in NetSuite (Pinnacle’s ERP system)
  • Assist with marketing and product launch activities, including preparation of materials and coordination with internal teams
  • Conduct basic competitive and market research to support Product Management initiatives
  • Help organize product information, files, and documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Product Management and Marketing teams


Reporting & Working Relationships

  • Reports to the Product Management team
  • Works closely with Product Management and collaborates with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering, science, marketing, business, or a related field or have graduated and are looking for marketing and product management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and strong personal integrity
  • Curious mindset with an interest in learning products, markets, and how businesses operate
