Inside Higher Ed Semester Internship
Inside Higher Ed is looking for a motivated, hard-working graduate student in journalism to join our fast-paced newsroom in covering colleges and universities around the country, focused on everything from faculty and finances to admissions and federal policy. Duties include researching, reporting and writing news and feature stories of varying lengths and formats, under close supervision by staff reporters and editors.
We can be flexible on the days, but would like someone for a minimum of 16 hours per week, on a hybrid schedule. We work in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in our Dupont Circle office, and remotely Mondays and Fridays.
Please note this is an unpaid position, available for course credit only.
