Known is a matchmaker that empowers humanity by applying general intelligence to human connection. The Product Operations role involves owning Known's product experience, focusing on user metrics, product experimentation, and developing processes to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Designing product experimentation with notifications and user retention
• Owning user metrics (onboarding, date conversion, and retention)
• Developing Human-In-The-Loop processes across waitlist approval and matchmaking
• Building an automated testing suite for new app builds
• Coordinating app-store submissions and reviews
