Job Summary:

Lead daily operations of the repair and refurbishment plant, directly managing Production and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure seamless execution from receiving to delivery. As a cross-functional operational leader, this role focuses on site-wide resource optimization and infrastructure efficiency across multiple customer accounts, ensuring all projects meet Customer turnaround time and strategic goals through leadership and robust teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly production plans with Production Planning
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to address any performance gaps in KPIs
  • Direct warehouse strategies to ensure inventory integrity and optimized space utilization, supporting the material flow requirements for all production lines.
  • Ensure compliance with process, 6S culture, ESD, ISO, safety, and client audits
  • Oversee new product introductions to secure smooth transitions
  • Collaborate across departments to align operational strategies
  • Mentor production and warehouse supervisors and workforce optimization to drive accountability and cross-training.
  • Leverage WMS/ERP systems and data analytics to optimize inventory flow, monitor production efficiency, and generate operational reports.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Business/Operations Management, or related technical field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within electronics repair & refurbishment or manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management and production processes.
  • Proven experience in leading large teams (e.g., 30+ operators and multiple supervisors/leads) and driving performance.
  • Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to manage operations and reporting.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing/repair facility environment with noise and ESD-controlled areas.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during floor supervision.
  • Occasional lifting of materials (up to 25 lbs).
  • Frequent movement between office, production, and warehouse areas.
