Job description

About the Role

A fast-growing, Series D/E AI SaaS company operating at the intersection of housing and healthcare is hiring a Product Operations Manager to support its housing product line. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role sitting at the heart of product development — partnering closely with Product and Engineering to turn ambitious ideas into reliable, enterprise-ready solutions.

You'll work close to both the product surface area and the underlying data, using technical and analytical skills to drive quality, adoption, and iteration speed as the company scales rapidly.

What You'll Do
  • Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows through specs, diagrams, and thorough edge-case definition

  • Conduct discovery sessions with new enterprise clients to deeply understand their needs and operational requirements

  • Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through product releases

  • Analyze product usage data using SQL to surface insights, identify gaps, and inform prioritization

  • Manage compliance requirements and ensure products meet enterprise-grade standards

  • Own process documentation and maintain high-quality internal specs and runbooks

  • Act as a connective layer between Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to keep complex initiatives on track

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Experience in product operations, technical program management, or execution-focused roles at a high-growth technology company

  • Working proficiency in SQL and comfort driving independent data analysis

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments

  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clear specs and process documentation

  • High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through

  • Willingness to work in-person at the New York City office 4–5 days per week

Nice to Have:

  • Background working with enterprise customers in proptech, multifamily housing, or a related vertical

  • Experience supporting AI-driven or automation-heavy product lines

  • Prior exposure to a high-growth, post-Series C/D/E technology environment

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (USD), depending on experience

  • Competitive equity and benefits package

Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

This role is based in New York City, NY. It is a hybrid position requiring 4–5 days per week in the office. Remote work is not available for this position.
