Product Marketing Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our products, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be able to transform complex product offerings into compelling messaging and strategies in our rapidly evolving industry.

What You Will Do Primary Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving our go-to-market strategy, product messaging, and sales enablement efforts. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Support and the Corporate Marketing team to ensure that clients and prospects alike understand the value of the product in order to drive conversion rate, as well as product adoption and engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can take initiative with little direction. The ideal candidate will have proven product marketing experience, preferably in the B2B space. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build the foundation of a transforming industry and play a critical role in driving our continued success.

Key activities include:

  • Become the go-to expert on our products and customers
  • Drive successful product launches and evolve our product roadmap
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs. Empowering sales teams with product knowledge and tools
  • Develop deep market insights and translate them into impactful strategies
  • Collaborate cross functionally to develop and/or support marketing plans to drive demand for our products across all go-to-market channels.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the products to end users and help inform sales tools (feature comparisons, battle cards, datasheets, etc.) that support the selling process of each product line.
  • Conduct product marketing data analysis by gathering and interpreting data, and presenting it in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Identify success metrics and measure the results of your strategies and initiatives to continuously iterate and maximize results.
  • Establish a clear understanding of our clients' needs, product offerings, and competitive landscape in order to ensure product strategies align with market demand.
  • Partner with the members of the Marketing team to design and launch campaigns designed to create measurable pipeline impact and impact brand awareness.
  • Leverage AI tools for research, content creation, and data analysis.

What You'll Need Qualifications & Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • 5 years of experience in creating and executing marketing strategies, preferably in a B2B, product-led organization
  • Proven track record executing product marketing strategies that had impactful results
  • Ability to translate technical functionality into key messaging that effectively conveys the benefits to end-users
  • Experience launching products or product features with cross-departmental alignment, and tailoring communications to different audiences, both internally and externally
  • Strong ability to analyze data in order to inform your decisions and measure the impact of your work
  • Highly motivated, action-oriented individual
  • Ability to perform both on the tactical and strategic level
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Champion of individual product success
  • Experience with Marketing software such as Hubspot or similar is a plus
  • Experience using Dynamics 365 or other CRM platform a plus
